What to do in Bordeaux: Museums

Located on Bordeaux docks, just in front of the famous "Miroir d'Eau". This building is also considered as one of the most beautiful buildings of Bordeaux, build on Gabriel father and son plans. The museum redraws the customs' history. 

- The Contemporary Museum Musée d’art contemporain  is located 7, rue Ferrère. 

The entrance fee is 5€. The museum is closed on Monday and durig Bank Holidays.

The museum is a former Lainé warehouse build in 1824 and used to store Bordeaux colonial food andand edible goods. 
Son réaménagement est particulièrement réussi, avec une spectaculaire nef centrale.
Le musée compte une importante collection allant des années 1960 à nos jours.

- La Cité du Vin is located 134 Quai de Bacalan.
The entrance fee is 20€ (includes the Permanent Tour visit, tasting of a world wine in the Belvedere, and interactive guide.). 

Unveiled in June 2016, this building is located on the former Bordeaux's harbour.
This impressive buildig is as high as 55 meters high with 7 floors and the area is as big as 13350 square feets.
